We are prepared for the impending postal services disruption and the following information outlines ClaimSecure’s action plan and protocols for the duration of the labour dispute.

Impending Postal Strike Protocol
CLAIMS SUBMISSIONS
Your benefit identification card can be used as usual at the pharmacy and dental office. Alternatively, if a paper claim is the only option available, ClaimSecure will continue to accept claims submissions via eProfile using either eClaims or PhotoClaims.
Pre-determination forms can be submitted via eProfile using PhotoClaims.
CLAIMS PAYMENTS
Members who have enrolled in Direct Deposit will continue to receive payments throughout the labour disruption. For those who have not enrolled in Direct Deposit, payment will be mailed once postal services resume. To ensure fast payment this is a perfect opportunity to enroll in Direct Deposit via eProfile.
NEW AND REPLACEMENT BENEFIT IDENTIFICATION CARDS
New and replacement benefit identification cards will be mailed once the postal disruption has been resolved. ClaimSecure is recommending that members access their electronic benefit identification card via eProfile.
SPECIAL AUTHORIZATIONS AND COVERAGE NAVIGATION SERVICE
ClaimSecure will continue to accept Special Authorization and other government applications including Coverage Navigation Service forms as indicated below. All responses to these forms will be communicated by telephone email or fax.
