ClaimSecure takes service standards seriously.

Service standards that have been established company-wide - are reviewed and if required, revised annually. To ensure commitment to these standards, they are published in a brochure and provided to all ClaimSecure clients. Clients are encouraged to contact us if the standards are not being met.

  • Face-to-face visits (as per pre-set criteria)
  • Telephone calls returned within 24 hours
  • New Group Set-up – 10 Business Days (upon receipt of a fully completed Master Application and full eligibility)
  • Plan Changes – 7 business days
  • Claims Turnaround: 5 days in-house
  • Eligibility Data Update – Electronic: 1 Business Day; Paper – 2 business days
  • Card Replacement – 3 business days
