This means having an experienced and dedicated team of business and IT professionals available to offer assistance when required. We pride ourselves in understanding our client’s needs and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Claimsecure has assembled a highly skilled team to provide our customers with professional, quick and reliable support. The Support Team consists of experts from three groups:

1. The Application
Development group
  continuously enhances and extends ClaimSecure’s application suites.
2. The User Acceptance
Testing group
  analyses and evaluates all changes made to ClaimSecure’s Operating environment.
3. The IT
Operations group
  coordinates customer installations and handles direct customer support and monitoring of ClaimSecure's internal infrastructure.

The Support Team includes highly experienced business and technical staff that works with customers from the initial enrollment through to the maintenance and support of their Internet applications.

ClaimSecure’s team of technical experts is totally focused on delivering the highest levels of customer support. On this team are:

  • Network engineers and system administrators who are trained specialists that support Windows 9X, Windows NT, Windows 2000/XP, e3000 and HP-UX platforms.

  • Application Support Specialists who support all ClaimSecure’s custom applications

  • Database Analysts and Administrators who are continuously ensuring the accuracy and integrity of your data.

  • Internet experts with years of experience supporting and operating routers, switches, firewalls and other Internet infrastructure equipment.

ClaimSecure’s Support Team is also responsible for monitoring all of ClaimSecure's critical internal systems, including security, fire control, power systems, HVAC and the extensive Claimsecure network. This group is responsible for designing and operating the dynamic network that supports ClaimSecure's Data Centre. This group constantly monitors network effectiveness to optimize performance for customers.

Customer support is coordinated through the Helpdesk and On Call technical experts group, which handles standard operations support as well as after hours alarm conditions. This group also reports any service conditions (situations that might affect a customer's Internet applications) to customers via e-mail or telephone. All support requests, service conditions and network issues are tracked through the helpdesk using a trouble ticketing system that coordinates and tracks the activities of the support team.

The helpdesk hours are from 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Support requests can be submitted through the helpdesk via e-mail or telephone. Support requests that require same day service should be submitted via telephone to the Helpdesk and all others should be submitted via e-mail.
