Eligibility Management can be performed by either ClaimSecure or directly by the client using our Web- based enrolment application.
Utilizing this web facility, authorized clients may gain direct secure access to the ClaimSecure membership database and maintain eligibility on-line. All user access is password protected and each client only has access to his or her specific eligibility records.

ClaimSecure will provide eligibility file specifications or can work from client specific specifications to establish the appropriate file transfer format. Member, spouse and dependent enrolment can be updated from a number of different media such as file upload, diskette, excel spreadsheet, paper applications or the Internet.
