Every claim is submitted through a rigorous set of edits prior to approval. A claim will only be considered if the services are provided by a listed, licensed, dental provider.
In conjunction with our Dental Consultant, ClaimSecure has developed reports, which enable us to identify claims, which are at a higher risk for abuse.
ClaimSecure also verifies claims on a regular basis by written communication to our members. From time to time you may receive a letter outlining the services of a recent dental visit. You will simply have to verify that the information is correct and mail your response back to ClaimSecure.
