Linda Lin — Director, Clinical Services Linda has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Toronto. She has been with ClaimSecure since January 1996, and previously worked in both the retail pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industry. Her responsibilities include the management of ClaimSecure’s drug benefit programs and new product development. She has a wealth of experience in the development and management of drug formularies, special authorizations and patient programs.
	Dr. David Wong — Medical Consultant Dr. Wong graduated from University of Western Ontario Medical School in 1984 and became a certificant of the College of Family Physician of Canada in 1986. He subsequently received his diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from McMaster University. He practices both Family and Occupational Medicine, and provides corporate consulting services. In addition, he is a peer presenter in Environmental Health and Medicine for the Ontario College of Family Medicine. With respect to ClaimSecure drug benefit program, he provides input from the medical perspective for formulary and special authorization management. For the management of extended health benefit claims, Dr. Wong provides consultative service in developing medical adjudication guidelines and healthcare providers audit protocols.
	Dr. Mark Donnelly – Dental Consultant Dr. Mark Donnelly has over 20 years experience as a licensed dentist in Ontario. Today, Dr. Donnelly’s main duties include evaluating predeterminations, developing the dental auditing process, as well as assisting us in fine-tuning our dental adjudication system. Dr. Donnelly has served on the board of the Ontario Dental Association and is an active member of the Sudbury Dental Society.
