4. Why can’t forms be completed on-line and mailed?
In order to ensure that the data collected is accurate, consistent and complete these forms are “protected” so that they cannot be changed on the web.

5. How do I make a change to my plan?
If you are working on an ASO basis with ClaimSecure Inc. you simply send a request outlining the change by email, letter or fax to your Client Services Associate. If your plan is insured any change must be approved and submitted by your insurance company.

7. What are your help desk hours?

8. How can I ensure that all my eligibility changes are processed?
If you participate in the ClaimSecure on-line eligibility Program, you can check the status of any employee immediately on-line. Otherwise just send an email or fax to our Group Administration department requesting a current employee listing.
