Plan sponsors, plan members and dependants can take full advantage of a wide array of secure online services tailored to meet their specific needs – all available through their own personal eProfile™ account. Registration is easy – no forms to complete, no software to download, and no surveys to respond to. Once registered, the user can access a number of value added services including; viewing claim history, submitting member claims online, accessing benefit coverage (via booklet), submitting coverage questions, printing statements for tax purposes, accessing forms, enrolling in direct deposit, or simply running an online report from our pre-defined reporting suite.
